Heritage Consultant works in the heritage, museums, visitor attraction and tourism sectors. We carry out operational reviews and feasibility studies. We prepare and implement marketing plans and develop business plans. We also carry out market research and visitor surveys. Our work helps to increase visitor numbers, dwell time, visitor spend, the number of repeat visits, satisfaction ratios and word of mouth recommendations.

Unlike other consultancies our sister company Planning Solutions Limited invests, develops and manages a number of visitor experiences. These include – the National Brewery Centre (the former Bass Museum) a heritage visitor experience and Conkers an environmental attraction in the National Forest.
